Balcony Repair

A fibreglass balcony area in Fowey failed causing water ingress to the bedrooms below. The rotten boards were stripped back and removed; the insulation was removed in order to dry the joists and then the insulation was replaced. After re-boarding with a good quality plywood the balcony was neatly recovered with 2 layers of bitument felt.
The owner will now pave a new mahogony deck onto the fully repaired balcony.
